‘Tis is the season to be jolly

Dear friends, 

This is the season to look back at the year that has passed by. I’m proud to see our team at Fluido has stood resilient in the face of global challenges. Our superheroes have demonstrated unwavering dedication, ensuring our customers gain maximum value from their Salesforce investments now and in future. 

Fluido has been a proud Infosys family member for five years, and we continue growing together. We attended Dreamforce together with Infosys and Simplus and seized the opportunity to connect with our customers, Salesforce trailblazers and industry experts, unveiling Salesforce’s latest AI features. 

AI continues to reshape industries and the Salesforce ecosystem, offering immense opportunities to supercharge your organisation’s capabilities. Riding the wave, we want to be at the forefront of transformative AI solutions and launched our cutting-edge AI Readiness Accelerator Programme. 

We are also thrilled to share that this year marked another milestone in Fluido’s history – a groundbreaking partnership with seven Danish universities. They can look forward to a wholly new and joint study administration system that will put students at the centre and digitise previous manual processes.

We sincerely thank all our partners, customers, and friends for your trust and support. May your holidays be filled with joy, quality time with loved ones, and a prosperous new year. 

Instead of traditional holiday greetings or presents, we proudly announce a significant contribution from Fluido to UNICEF. Recognising the importance of supporting those in need, we redirected our resources to make a meaningful impact on children’s well-being where needed most.
