We have entered the season of joy and gratitude and are looking forward to the new year. In the spirit of the season, let’s reflect on our journey in 2024—both the challenges and the victories—and look forward with optimism to what lies ahead.

As we close another year, I am filled with pride and gratitude reflecting on everything our team at Fluido has achieved in 2024. This year, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to helping our customers gain the most value from their Salesforce investments while embracing the transformative potential of AI to propel them into the future.

We all know that AI is here to stay and will change the way we live and operate our businesses. It is reshaping industries and unlocking unparalleled opportunities. At Fluido, we are dedicated to being at the forefront of this. We have supported numerous organisations in taking meaningful steps – big or small,  toward harnessing the power of AI. These efforts have positioned  them for long-term success in an increasingly data-driven world.

Customer focus continues to be  our guiding principle. From ensuring our clients maximise their Salesforce investments to equipping them with the tools needed to thrive in the AI. Agentforce was launched by Salesforce at Dreamforce earlier this year, and we can see massive traction among our customers. It’s exciting to see how they’re integrating it into their ways of working to drive efficiencies and advance their AI journey.

At Fluido, we also believe in the importance of giving back. This holiday season, we are proud to announce a significant donation to children’s charities across Europe,
